We're currently looking for an experienced Landscape Crew Lead to help lead our landscaping crews and deliver high-quality landscape construction projects throughout the season.
What You'll Do
- Assist the Landscape Foreman in leading and supporting crew members
- Install sod, plants, trees, patios, retaining walls, and decks
- Operate landscaping equipment, power tools, compactors, and saws
- Assign daily tasks and help keep projects on schedule
- Train and mentor crew members on proper installation techniques and safe work practices
- Monitor work quality and ensure company standards are met
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized worksite
- Communicate effectively with the Foreman and project team
- Assist with project documentation and record keeping
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of landscaping or construction experience
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with a clean driving record
- Experience operating landscaping equipment and power tools
- Experience hauling a trailer
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. and perform physical labour
- Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support team members
- Reliable, punctual, and safety-focused
Assets
- Class 3 Licence with Air Brake Endorsement
- Previous supervisory or crew lead experience
- Landscaping crew experience
- Basic horticultural knowledge

Compensation
$21.25 - $26.75 per hour
